New Work on the Trump Tax Cuts

In light of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, new work has been released on the subject of tax cuts, and in particular corporate tax cuts. Though this article is from October, it provides an excellent analysis from the Council of Economic Advisors of the positive theoretical effects of a large corporate tax cut.
