Canada is making its way into the news once again these days, but it isn't for anything to kind towards the former British colony. Canada's health services are showing a rise in wait times for another year in a row. One recent examination of Canadian wait times by the Fraser Institute found that there were rises in all areas of health services and consultation wait times.
